The Red Flag Report is the final stage of the legal due diligence. It contains a summary of all the risks and liabilities that have been found in the data room and can be shared with clients and/or decision makers.

In the video below we go through the basic functionality of the Report page in the Emma platform.

Overview

At the top of the page you will see a graph of all the risks that have been found in the data room, grouped by severity or risk level.

Next to that you will see a bar plot of the risks found by area.

Below the graphs you will find a summary for each area where the risks for each red flag topic are shown.

Click on Detailed Analysis to get more details on the risks found for this Area.

Detailed Analysis

In the detailed analysis page you will find all the findings and recommendations per risk level.

Click on Show Documents and you can see the details for this check. For more information on checks, check out this article.
