Create a Data Room
Creating a new data room is simple. Just follow the wizard after you click the βCreate Data Roomβ button.
In this wizard you will be presented with following options:
Connect to a cloud provider, such as Microsoft OneDrive: You will be redirected to the specific provider so the application can get the right access rights. After that you are all set!
Integrate directly with a Virtual Data Room (VDR) provider or document management system: You will also need to give Emma the right access rights.
Upload files directly from your computer into Emma: Quick and easy just pick the files and you are good to go.
Data Room Overview
The Data Room Overview page provides a high-level summary of:
Risks and liabilities identified in your data room
Overall Completion: A color-coded legend showing the distribution of risk levels found across all documents (High, Medium, Low, No Risk).
Red Flags Categorized: Shows a summary of risks broken down by legal area (e.g., "General," "HR," "Corporation"). It visualizes the number of checks analyzed and their risk level.
Next steps in the due diligence process
These are actionable cards that guide you on the next steps, like "Review risk assessment" or "Add documents.β

The Matrix is one of our most used and powerful features. For each IRL category, youβll see:
A list of all the documents
Summaries and identified risks per document
Extracted properties per document
Checks
In the Checks page, you can configure checks that run across all documents to:
Answer specific questions
Uncover risks and liabilities
Report
The Report page marks the final stage of the due diligence process. You can:
Review and edit the Red Flag Report
Export it to PDF or Microsoft Word
