The Matix page allows you to get an overview of all the things Emma was able to extract from the documents in the data room, organized in a nice table and grouped by document type.

In the video below I will take you through the highlights.

Basic Info and Summary

For each document the Matrix provides a short summary below the file name, the date on the document and a longer summary in the info columns.

Risk Levels

For each of the Checks you configured, Emma will look through to the whole data room to find the relevant documents. If this document is relevant for the check, it's risk level will be displayed in the Matrix.

You instantly see who has identified and/or reviewed these risks. In the example above you clearly see that most of the risks were identified by AI and that some of the risks have been reviewed by me.

To get more information on a specific risk, just double click on a cell in the matrix and you will go straight to the file viewer as shown below.

Properties

Additionally a set of properties are also extracted from the documents and listed in the Matrix. Similar like the risks you can double click on a cell in the matrix and go straight to the place document where this information was found.

In this same file viewer, you can also look at all the other properties extracted from this document. Just click on the name of the property and you will get a summary and you will see where in the document this information was found.

Classification

In case the AI was unsure how to classify the document you will see an exclamation mark next to it's name.

You can just click this exclamation mark and classify the document right there. More information on classifying a single document can be found in this article.
