The Matrix page allows you to get an overview of all the things Emma was able to extract from the documents in the data room, organized in a nice table and grouped by document type. If you want get a high-level overview of what the Matrix is and what it can do for you, check out this article.
In the video and article below we go deeper into how you can manage the checks and how risks are shown in the Matrix.
Checks and Risks
If you want to view the result of the checks and the risks found in the Matrix, just click on the document type you are interested in. In the example below we selected Consulting Agreements. Then scroll to the right in the Matrix until you see the Risks.
For each of the risks you will also see, in the top right of the cell, if the AI labelled the risk level or whether it was you or any of you colleagues.

If you double-click on a cell in the matrix, you will see the document and the actual clause in the document where the risk is found will be highlighted.
In the column on the left you can inspect all the other risks that have been found in the document.
In the column on the right, you can click on the red flag topic, HR / IP Transfer in the example above, and go straight to the Checks page an see all the documents that have been flagged with a similar risk.
Below that you can select the appropriate risk level. If the document was AI labelled, you can now click and confirm the risk level by clicking the risk level you seem appropriate.
If you want audit trail and see the history of who gave the document which risk level, just click on View history.
And in the bottom of the right column you can add any comments you might have and see the comments your colleagues might have made.
