Prerequisites:
You need to have the same e-mail address as a user name within both the Emma platform and Virtual Vaults
Users need to have bulk download rights within Virtual Vaults. If the user doesn't have such rights, Emma will not have access to them.
Connecting Virtual Vaults:
The Virtual Vaults integration is fully generally available. You can directly connect or reconnect your Virtual Vaults data room from Emma without any additional approval steps.
Good to know:
Virtual Vaults puts no encryption or password protection on documents themselves.
