Prerequisites:
You need to have the same e-mail address as a user name within both the Emma platform and Virtual Vaults
Users need to have bulk download rights within Virtual Vaults, if the user doesn't have such rights, Emma will not have access to them.
Good to know:
Virtual vaults puts no encryption or PW protect on documents themselves.
