The Integrations page lets you connect external data sources — Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) and cloud storage providers — to a data room so that documents are synced automatically into Emma. To get there, go to Settings > M&A data rooms, select a data room, and open the Integrations tab.

Connecting an integration
Click Connect on the integration you want to add and follow the authentication steps. Depending on the provider, this may involve entering credentials, pasting an API key, or completing an OAuth flow.
Once connected, Emma begins syncing documents from that source into the data room. The connection card shows the current sync status.
Note: Connecting VDR integrations requires an active paid subscription. If you are on a trial, an upgrade prompt will appear instead.
Sync status
Each connected integration displays one of the following statuses:
Syncing — a sync is currently in progress.
Healthy — the last sync completed successfully.
Auth required — the connection needs to be re-authenticated. Click Reconnect and sync to fix this.
Failed — the sync encountered an error. Click Retry sync to try again, or Sync summary to see what went wrong.
Deleting — the integration is being removed.
Click More info or Sync summary to see a detailed log of the last sync, including which files were added, updated, or skipped.
Reconnecting an integration
If the sync status is Auth required, or if you need to update credentials, click the menu on the integration card and select Reconnect and sync. Note that if the integration was originally connected by a different team member, you may be taking over the connection.
Deleting an integration
Click the menu on the integration card and select Delete.
If the integration is connected and syncing: files already synced into Emma remain in the data room but will no longer be updated. The connection is removed.
If the integration is pending (not yet synced): the pending connection is removed entirely.
