Projects support the same integrations and file overview as M&A data rooms. This article describes both tabs for projects. To access them, go to Settings > Projects, select a project, and open the Integrations or Files tab.
Integrations
The Integrations tab lets you connect external data sources so that documents are synced automatically into your project.
Supported integrations
Emma supports the following integrations for projects:

Ideals

Virtual Vaults
Cloud storage
Box
Dropbox
Google Drive
OneDrive
SharePoint
Connecting an integration
Click Connect on the integration you want to add and follow the authentication steps. Once connected, Emma begins syncing documents from that source into the project.
Sync status
Each connected integration displays a status:
Syncing — a sync is in progress.
Healthy — the last sync completed successfully.
Auth required — re-authentication needed. Click Reconnect and sync.
Failed — the sync encountered an error. Click Retry sync or check Sync summary for details.
Reconnecting and deleting
Reconnect and sync — use this to fix an auth issue or update credentials.
Delete — removes the connection. Files already synced remain in the project but will no longer update.
Files
The Files tab gives you a complete overview of every file currently in the project. Deleted files are not shown.
Browse all files — scroll through the full list. Click any file to open its details.
Total file count — shown at the top of the page.
Export — download a file list. Disabled if the project contains no files.
