The Box integration lets you connect folders and files from your Box account directly to an Emma data room. Once connected, Emma syncs the documents you select and analyzes them automatically — no manual downloading or uploading required.
The integration is available to all Emma users at no additional cost.
How to connect Box
In Emma, open the data room (or create a new one) and click Connect next to Box.
You are redirected to Box’s authorization screen. Sign in with the Box account that has access to the content you want to sync, and approve the requested permissions.
After authorization, you return to Emma. A Box file picker opens — select the folders and files you want to import. You can select up to 100 items at a time.
Click Select to confirm. Emma starts importing the selected content. Once the import completes, documents appear in your data room and are analyzed automatically.
New documents added to the synced folders in Box are picked up automatically on the next sync.
