The Dropbox integration lets you connect folders and files from your Dropbox account directly to an Emma data room. Once connected, Emma syncs the documents you select and analyzes them automatically — no manual downloading or uploading required.
The integration is available to all Emma users at no additional cost.
How to connect Dropbox
In Emma, open the data room (or create a new one) and click Connect next to Dropbox.
You are redirected to Dropbox’s authorization screen. Sign in with the Dropbox account that has access to the content you want to sync, and approve the requested permissions.
After authorization, you return to Emma. Select the folders and files from your Dropbox that you want to import into this data room.
Emma starts importing the selected content. Once the import completes, documents appear in your data room and are analyzed automatically.
New documents added to the synced folders in Dropbox are picked up automatically on the next sync.
